Match Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer trials to my notes
3,124 studies matched on ClinicalTrials.gov for the query below. Retrieved November 7, 2026. This page does not say who can enroll.
Query
Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer OR NSCLC OR Lung Carcinoma
Names the matcher also recognizes: Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer, NSCLC, Lung Carcinoma. Abbreviations shorter than five letters stay off the query so a string such as MS does not pull unrelated records. Status filter: recruiting or not yet recruiting. The same names are how a personalized search starts. Washout timing still needs the treatment end date you enter on the search form. Read how matching works before treating any line below as a fit.

Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy Planning With Artificial Intelligence-Directed Dose Recommendation for Treatment of Primary or Metastatic Lung Tumors, RAD-AI Study
Recruiting · Not Applicable · registry updated 2026-05-29
This phase II trial tests the effectiveness and safety of artificial intelligence (AI) to determine dose recommendation during stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) planning in patients with primary lung cancer or tumors that has spread from another primary site to the lung (metastatic). SBRT uses special equipment to position a patient and deliver radiation to tumors with high precision. This method may kill tumor cells with fewer doses over a shorter period and cause less damage to normal tissue. Even with the high precision of SBRT, disease persistence or reappearance (local recurrence) can still occur, which could be attributed to the radiation dose. AI has been used in other areas of healthcare to automate and improve various aspects of medical science. Because the relationship of dose and local recurrence indicates that dose prescriptions matter, decision support systems to help guide dose based on personalized prediction AI algorithms could better assist providers in prescribing the radiation dose of lung stereotactic body radiation therapy treatment.

Efficacy and Safety of SKB264 Plus Anlotinib in EGFR-TKI-Resistant Advanced NSCLC With Liver Metastasis
Not Yet Recruiting · Phase 2 · registry updated 2026-04-22
The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if the combination therapy with SKB264 and anlotinib works to treat EGFR-TKI-resistant, liver-metastatic non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). It will also learn about the safety of the combination therapy with SKB264 and anlotinib. The main questions it aims to answer are: Does combination therapy with SKB264 and anlotinib increase response rate and disease control rate, prolong duation of response and progressioin-free survival. What medical problems do participants have when taking combination therapy with SKB264 and anlotinib? Researchers will compare combination therapy with SKB264 and anlotinib to a historical data (the response rate of other drugs reported in literature) to see if combination therapy with SKB264 and anlotinib works better to treat EGFR-TKI-resistant, liver-metastatic non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Participants will: 1. receive SKB264 4 mg/kg intravenously on a 14-day cycle, and take anti-H1/H2 antihistamines, acetaminophen, and dexamethasone is recommended before infusion for the first 4 infusions to prevent side effects; the regimen may be simplified starting from the 5th infusion. 2....

A Phase II Study of HS-20093 Injection Combined With Adebrelimab Versus HS-20093 Injection in Previously Treated Patients With Advanced or Metastatic Non-Squamous Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer Without Actionable Genomic Alterations
Recruiting · Phase 2 · registry updated 2026-10-23
This is a multicenter, randomized, open-label, controlled phase II clinical study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of HS-20093 injection combined with adebrelimab versus HS-20093 injection in previously treated patients with advanced or metastatic non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer without actionable genomic alterations.

Everolimus 5 mg vs 10 mg/Daily for Patients With Neuroendocrine Tumors
Recruiting · Phase 2 · registry updated 2024-06-25
Everolimus is approved in many countries to treat patients with advanced/metastatic well-differentiated neuroendocrine tumors (NET), providing median progression-free survival times of approximately 12 months across different types of NET. However, it is can cause severe adverse effects. Phase I trial demonstrated that a dose of 5mg/day/week was sufficient to inhibit cell proliferation by blocking the mTOR pathway. This is a randomized, open-label, phase II near-equivalence clinical trial of oral everolimus 5 mg vs 10 mg oral/daily and continuously in patients with Grade 1 or Grade 2 metastatic NET, with tumor progression or intolerance to at least one line of treatment and with radiological disease progression within 6 months.

A Phase III Study to Assess the Effects of Almonertinib Following Chemoradiation in Patients With Stage III Unresectable Non-small Cell Lung Cancer
Recruiting · Phase 3 · registry updated 2022-06-16
To assess the efficacy and safety of Almonertinib versus placebo following chemoradiation in patients with stage III unresectable epidermal growth factor receptor mutation-positive (EGFRm+) non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).

Integrating Artificial Intelligence Into Lung Cancer Screening.
Recruiting · Not Applicable · registry updated 2026-10-01
Lung cancer (LC) screening using low-dose chest CT (LDCT) has already proven its efficacy. The mortality reduction associated with LC screening is around 20%, much higher than the reduction in mortality associated with screening for breast, colon or prostate cancers. Implementing lung cancer screening on a large scale faces two main obstacles: 1. The lack of thoracic radiologists and LDCT necessary for the eligible population (between 1.6 and 2.2 million people in France); 2. The high frequency of false positive screenings: in the NLST trial, more than 20% of the subjects screened were found to have at least one nodule of an indeterminate lung nodule (ILN) whereas less than 3% of ILNs are actually LC. The gold standard for determining on the benign or malignant nature of a nodule is definitive histology. Otherwise, the evolution of the nodule on serial thoracic imaging is a good alternative. The period of indeterminacy of a nodule can be as long as 24 months in many cases, which can be a source of prolonged and sometimes unjustified anxiety for screening candidates....

A Phase 1 Study of IM-1340 in Participants With Advanced Cancer
Not Yet Recruiting · Phase 1 · registry updated 2026-10-22
This study will test the safety and effectiveness of a drug called IM-1340 in participants with solid tumors. Participants will have solid tumor cancer that has spread through the body (metastatic) or cannot be removed with surgery (unresectable). This study will have two parts. Part A will test increasing doses of IM-1340 to find out the safe dose and schedule of IM-1340 for participants. Part B will use the dose and schedule found in Part A to further study the safety of IM-1340 and if it works to treat solid tumor cancers.
