Inclusion and exclusion lines below are quoted from ClinicalTrials.gov. No match score is shown, because a score needs a person's age, biomarkers, and treatment dates. Confirm the record with the study team.

This prospective cross-sectional diagnostic accuracy study enrolled patients undergoing coronary angiography and left heart catheterization at Burapha University Hospital, Thailand. The diameters of the common femoral vein and common femoral artery were measured using ultrasonography, and the common FVD/FAD ratio was calculated. LVEDP, measured during left heart catheterization, served as the reference standard. An elevated LVEDP (\>16 mmHg) was defined as volume overload. Diagnostic performance was evaluated using receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis.

Inclusion

  • Adult patients (aged ≥18 years)
  • Adult patients were scheduled to undergo coronary angiography with left heart catheterization

Exclusion

  • Contraindications to cardiac catheterization
  • Inability to obtain accurate ultrasonographic measurements of the common femoral vein or common femoral artery diameters
  • Inability to advance a guidewire across the aortic valve into the left ventricle for measurement of LVEDP.
